Mother Helpage Worldwide is currently governed by a group of 10 members including the directors and the supportive panel that includes the organisations CEO. The board sets the procedures of all the operational work,spending,management, governance and professional standards, and it oversees internal and independent audits. The organisational governance procedures are described in the bylaws and the charters. The member panel also evaluate the performance of the board, board committees and individual trustees annually
